Police Reports and Traffic Crash Reports
Police reports and traffic accident reports are available
Monday -Friday, from 8:00am - 4:30pm.
The Records Bureau is located on the Second Floor of Justice Center.
Police or Crash Reports are $3.00, each additional page is $1.00. 

Mailed requests are $5.00

NEW C.C.W. APPLICATION REQUIRMENTS
Concealed Weapons Application Kits are available at the
Dearborn Heights Police Station.
However, the Dearborn Heights Police Department 
is no longer accepting Concealed Weapons Applications.

Applicants will need the following:
Completed C.C.W. application
Certificate of completion from a State approved
firearms safety course
2 notarized reference letters
Valid driver's license or state of Michigan ID card

Firearms Permits and Registrations
Gun permits can be obtained on
Tuesdays
and Wednesdays
 from 12:00 noon until 3:00 pm. 
Firearms registration is located on Second Floor,
next to the Records Division.

Handgun Purchase Notary Fee  $5.00
Precious metal license  $50.00.

Abandoned Vehicles
City ordinance states that vehicles parked on any city street for more than
48 hours without being moved can be towed at the owner's expense.
All vehicles that are towed are towed by J & M Dalton towing Service.

Curb Side Trash
Trash and refuse may not be put out for collection no sooner than 6:00 pm the night before your regular scheduled pickup.
